Bem localizado com roof top e vista do mar

Execelente estadia, bem localizado. Porém não havia no quarto kit barbear, escova e pasta de dentes, e chinelo/pantufa no quarto. Não avisaram que poderia ser solicitado. Precisa comunicar ao hóspedes seja no site ou no check-in. Café da manhã farto boa variedade e qualidade dos produtos. Pedi no café croc madame, o serviço não tinha preparo adequado e na entrega de outro lanche que não o croc madam e com indelicadeza disse o serviço: Taqui seu misto quente com ovo frito. Não sabiam o que era croc madam. Treinar o serviço e fundamental no porte do LK Design Hotel.

Máquinas de cartão não estavam funcionando na chegada, causando constrangimento ao hóspede. Discussão entre um senhor ( acredito ser um hóspede, pois subiu pelo elevador) e recepção no período da noite chamando a atenção de todos que estavam no ambiente. Chuveiro sai pouca água. O café da manhã servido em um local inadequado, menor do que a quantidade de hóspedes e a disposição dos alimentos espalhados por vários locas dificultando a procura do que comer.
