Rooms were cold and could not get any heat. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. The bar closes early and it appeared empty. You rarely see any other customer. Water in the rooms is also very expensive

Great experience; however, it is best if you speak Spanish (well). Great breakfast and extremely courteous and helpful staff. Easily walkable to museums, shopping areas, etc. Perfect if you don't want or need the amenities offered by the larger chain hotels.

I've been in many many hotels in Lima, and this one has met all my requirements. The breakfast is wonderful, the neibourhood is very confortable and nice to walk by. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's small but with a very good service that will make you feel like home.

The staff at this hotel are super nice we arrived night while APAC conference was going on so lots of security and officers on every corner in surrounding neighborhoods made it feel very safe for walking around.
