The hotel is very well situated with many transportation options and many places to eat nearby. Excellent service. Didn’t have the breakfast but there is coffee or tea available all day. The only negative thing is that because it is an old building, although renovated, you hear a lot of noise like doors closing and furniture moving from other floors

Very clean hotel with super friendly and efficient front desk staff in the heart of Barcelona city! Room and shower are in decent shape. It’s right off a main street with bus line and easy taxi. Best part is that you can walk to Rambla. Barcelona Cathedral and many other sites. Super convenient. Lots stores and restaurants nearby so you don’t have to eat at the hotel. Room is cleaned everyday without having to ask (unlike hotels in US). We are very pleased with the 7-day stay with reasonable price and quality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Barcelona!

Great Accomodations in Barcelona
I highly recommend Hotel Via Augusta! I am always worried about cleanliness, but the hotel was very clean! Everything was great! The staff were all very kind and helpful! They have free tea and coffee and hot chocolate available to you after breakfast is served, It's in a good location. We felt safe. If you are a walker, then you can walk to some sights. We walked to Park Guell; it was 30 minutes uphill but doable. We utilized buses as well. I definitely recommend!
