One receptionist was arrogant. Everything we asked he always have negative answers. For example we asked for icecubes he said machine was broken. But when we asked the other and we got icecubes. And a lot more that everytime its him we asked for something its always negative. With our 3 nights stay it's not nice to get a service like it.

The hotel bar was closed due to renovation. Everything's just a bit dated, and I can understand that they want to renovate. The spa area was nice for the kids. I couldn't figure out how to get the sauna hot - might have been a user error. Walkable to Tom Tit's, the main street and the train station. We forgot an item in the room, the staff is very accommodating and helpful even after we've left. I would come back to stay here again just for the sake of the pool.

A run down, scabby hotel. Breakfast was terrible. If you opt for oatmeal at a breakfast buffet then you know its bad. Nevertheless, the room was ok but it was COLD. Bring your own heater. Not sure if they paid their utilities bill, smh. Plus was the kettle in the room.

The employees at the reception treated me with an extreme level of contempt and disrespect. If you imagine any "very rac*st movie scene" you are close to what happened. I tried to check out 1 day early, and they refused. I said i thought that was strange. Then they loudly in front of everyone on the lobby made it crystal clear (several times) that they thought I was stupid to have the opinion that it was strange They then promised me, VERY clearly, that I could call in later that day and check out over the phone. I also asked them to ask their management to call me. When i called them later to check out they told me it could not be done over the phone today. When I asked them why management had not called me, they explained the reason was that "he was working from home today"

Välstädat och mycket rent ❤️

Rummet vi fick var mycket rent och välstädat, vilket vi verkligen uppskattade. Det enda vi upplevde som mindre bra var att det blev ganska varmt under natten. Även om det fanns en elektrisk fläkt, tror vi att luftkonditionering hade varit att föredra, särskilt under sommaren. I övrigt är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse, och barnen uppskattade verkligen möjligheten att få bada också.

+ fungerade bra att övernatta. Sköna sängar kuddar. - väldigt varmt på rummet och det fanns endast en liten fläkt till ”hjälp” Frukosten var en stor besvikelse. Vi kom vid 08:30 och då var det slut på mycket av det som borde finnas framme (smör, juice, mjölk, pannkakor, bröd) och dåligt utbud av bröd och yoghurt (naturell eller filmjölk).

Vid incheckningen fick vi inte veta att det fanns parkeringsgarage utan fick bara höra att gratis parkering fanns en promenad bort från hotellet. Vi fick inte heller veta att det fanns möjlighet att vistas i poolen annan tid än 9-12. 2 extra avgifter som vi gärna hade spenderat. Rummet låg i gassande sol hela dagen utan ac eller bra ventilation = VARMT. Lyhört, äldre hus med uppfräschade ytor. Helt okej boende.
