Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was great, the staff was phenomenal, the complimentary breakfast was so good, our entire stay was fabulous. We were in town for our son’s Navy graduation and everything was just perfect. I highly recommend StayBridge!

A Stress-Free Stay
We had a nice one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a workout room with functional equipment. The breakfast buffet was tasty (Rosy, the breakfast attendant, was very helpful and kind) and we had a completely stress-free stay.

Excellent stay.
We got the 2 bedroom suite for the entire family to stay in. Slept 7 adults and 1 baby very comfortably. They offered a roll away crib for the baby which worked out great. Will stay there again. The only thing missing was a hot tub.

Not worth the stay
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and my family travels a lot. Walls were paper thin. Had a party of kids in the room beside us shaking the bed. I eventually had to go ask for a different room because they were waking my 1 year old up at like midnight. We went to another floor up and it didn't matter. This hotel let these kids run the hallways the entire night. They were in the lobby, in hallways on every floor and running up and down stairs. And you could here if someone coughed through these walls. It was insane. So if you value sleep, don't stay here. We drove 7 hours and couldnt even go to sleep.

Extremely helpful and kind people. The front desk, the breakfast & dinner crew, the engineer, the breakfast food choices were all fantastic. The engineer, David(?name)serviced my heating issues in record time. He was very helpful repairing other concerns too. He saw me struggling while checking out. Mr David, went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. I witnessed his sincere kindness to other guests too. The graciousness and family environment was very welcoming here. I'll return for a staycation one day soon.

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Our room wasnt ready when we checked in, was told we could wait in the lobby while housekeeping finished. It took OVER AN HOUR to get into our room. But dont worry, thet brought us each a bottle of aquafina and a bag of chips, to go along with the complimentary coffee left from breakfast. THEN...Our toilet didnt flush. Went to the front desk to tell them and they handed me a PLUNGER!!! THEN when we went to pull out the bed for the kids we were disgusted to find what looked like white stains from bodily fluids on the cushions. I took pictures, but conveniently, it wont let me add any pictures to my review. Needless to say, I was repulsed by the entire experience.
