Room was big, and a nice big basker of fruit awaited. Big hotel, possibility to store luggage after check-out. Non smooking floor, stinks of tabacco, clearly have issues with ventilation from other rooms or smooking floors. Vegetable soup from restaurant was at best edible. Not possible to use facilities after check-out even if you vacate the room (vary unusual per our experience in aimilar standard hotels). Not all staff is fluent in english.

I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.

The hotel was good, but the only issue was that they charged the full amount in the check in Usually in checkin they get the credit card and charge a deposit only but here they charged the full amount, which means they sxare we run away.
