We wanted a clean, comfortable room and that is what we got. The staff was every friendly, especially the cleaning lady, who didn’t speak English, but let us know she was there to help. The breakfast was great (especially the latte/coffee). It is right in a main tram line and a ticket machine is right diagonally across the main road. A 3 day ticket zone 1 (basically all of Warsaw, including airport) for $9 - includes all trams, buses and metros.

The room was outdated, low quality bedding and linen. The A/C didn't seem to work, the room was generally uncomfortable. The staff spoke the bare minimum but maybe it was due to different languages. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and everything was delicious.

Room was clean. However there was no A/C on our floor. They brought us a fan and offered another room but we didnt want to pack up and move. It cooled off nicely in the evening, but no window screens and construction noise next door began at 6:00am. Lots of construction around the property as they are building next door and also adding a tram line so streets are all torn up. Restaurant onsite was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Found a ball of hair tangled on the shower head and had asked for them to clean it immediately but the issue was never addressed even after housekeeping came the next day. The staff offered for me to switch rooms in the end but disappointed that they didn’t immediately come to remove it. Otherwise overall had a decent stay.

Subpar 3 star experience

Staff were pretty indifferent, and most of the time frankly just non-existent. No a/c or fan in the room (upon request I managed to borrow a fan) No fridge in the room. Neighbouring hostel guests (on the other side of the street) were rowdy, and since the temp was 28 degrees Celsius, my room windows had to be open. The direction and location to the hotel were pretty labyrinthine - aggregated further by massive roadwork
