The service has been fantastic everywhere on property. The restaurant was quite good albeit expensive. The hotel is very quiet and the bed is quite comfortable. Centrally located on the main street for ease of shopping or enjoying other restaurants and pubs.It is short 5 minute walk to the gondola for skiing.

I stayed at the New Sheridan Hotel for four nights in early March. This hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfection with the vintage feel and authenticity. The staff and management outstanding. So friendly and helpful even when I encountered a problem with my room that was out of their control. The management made the situation beyond better by immediately addressing. I highly recommend this property any time of year in Telluride!

The hotel is quaint and very conveniently located. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The only thing we did not like was that you have to unload next door in front of the courthouse and there were no spots there when we arrived. This was particularly annoying because it was raining. The hotel has free parking but the spaces are very limited. For the price of the rooms, they should offer valet parking.

Service was great, room was ok. Interior room had no airflow so the temperature went from 80 degrees at 8pm with the windows closed to 77 degrees when I woke up in the morning. Evaporative cooler in the room worked, but the ice machine was broken so it didn’t get very cool. Pretty uncomfortable stay for $400/night.

Great staff - front desk, restaurants and bartenders! Rooms are large and the whole place is well maintained. Two down side - PARKING. You will be parking on the street. The hotel provides a free pass, but you need to find the parking space. Not an easy task during some times of the day. Know your license plate number for check in. NOISE. If you pay extra for a street view room, you will be woken up by delivery trucks unloading between 6 and 7 am. Non-winter months are the worst because you will have the windows open - the hotel does not have a/c. All-in-all this is a very nice hotel!!

Parking situation is really poor. You cannot even unload suitcases in front of hotel. Must park in neighborhood behind hotel. Find a spot on your own. For $400 a night this is pretty bad. Plus the host reception was alarming- it was all about parking legally- move car immediately- no warm welcome. Room has no AC- instructions are to open the window, but there are no screens. And bugs exist. City view is nice.

Extremely clean, nicely appointed and renovated historical hotel. Staff's attitude is one that makes you feel like a valued guest. They recognize you as you come and go and welcome you back. Manager checks with you about your stay. All staff very attentive and pleasant.
