This older property might not be the most glitzy in the hotel zone, but the staff and management are superb. Friendly faces and cheerful service abound. We have been to this resort multiple times, and have enjoyed each visit.

My room was always clean and always taken care off ,people that worksthere were really nice and helpful there was a few employees that were not in a great mood but overall most of the staff was really nice , I think the hotel it’s in need of an update specially the rooms , pool area by the adult side needs also to be fixed , like the lights and also the drink counter had damage when I was there , food was excellent ! , shows were on point , I’ll give it a 8.0 rating needs some work tho

called Expedia prior to arriving to Cancun to get a shuttle scheduled to pick and drop us off from Airport to hotel . However, when we arrived they did not have our information. I called Expedia and they today me they couldn’t do anything for that that . I had to pay a total of $200 for a taxi which it was a very uncomfortable and worrying drive . My wife did not feel safe. Being a long time Expedia customer, I am very disappointed
