Door wouldnt lock
When we got to the room, we unpacked and went to dinner. I made sure i had my key card and shut the door behind me. When we got back from dinner, my door was cracked open. Spoke to the desk clerk about it and she didnt seem concerned.

Security issue
Hotel deadbolt lock did not work. Hotel has a lack of security and nearby mobil home occupants have access to the hotel and parking lots. Hotel needs to be more secure. I will not stay or recommend this property until major upgrades are done.

The staff and the services was amazing. The room was comfortable, but the carpet needs update. Outside cleaning was not optimal, many roaches around the property and hallways.

unfortunate bad experience
My experience was not good at La Quinta because, I was offered a room that the door card recognition was not working properly the door wasn't opening properly. I was going in my room the door wouldn't open, I got in the room and I couldn't get out and had to call the reception for them to let me out, after a while I left the door open to see if they would fix it, and they had to move me to a different room.

We had a good stay and the room we stayed in was very clean. The manager Donald was so awesome, and the house keeping people Ronald and Maria were so amazing!! The price was also very good!! We would definitely stay there again. As far as what could be better, we would say the side parking lot asphalt, and the bathroom tub, because although it was very clean, it looked old and warned out. Terrible experience with La Quinta inn and hotels.
Hotel representative was trying to charge me for the hotel room and I already made reservations to hotels.com the representatives to try to charge me for the room. But I don't understand why I was being charged for the room at the hotel and I already paid the hotels.com they even asked the representative and he said he didn't know why and then whenever the manager came in she asked what I come back and then I was like I would and then she stated now cuz we already have problems with you so I'm very disappointed in the service and what hotel.com and they claim that they give me a refund but I don't see it pending and every time I call hotels.com customer service I cannot get to know representative with y'all so I'm just very disappointed not satisfied at all this was a terrible experience
