Amazing!
Our stay at Sulthan Hotel added to the amazing family trip to Istanbul. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The managers helped arrange our airport pickup and drop off and we payed $130 total- the airport is 45min away from the hotel. The boutique-style hotel is in the main location and walking distance from the Grand Bazaar, Mosques, and other main attractions. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and are bigger than I had expected from the pictures. The hotel has a Turkish Bath on site and the roof top views over the Bosporus are stunning to look at during breakfast time. Overall, the stay was amazing and well worth the price.

The room was disappointing, it was small and did not resemble any of your photographs. Toilet flush and air conditioning were not working properly, the curtain rail was not fitted correctly. The only redeeming factor was the cleaning lady Aliye who was very helpful. Bearing in mind the hotel was not full we could have been allocated a better room.

Excellent hotel - central Istanbul & attractions
This was a wonderful hotel to stay in for our 25-year wedding anniversary celebration. The check-in concierge/reception was very kind and professional. The housekeeping staff and porter were also gracious and friendly. The room had a comfortable bed and luxurious Turkish silk curtains, wooden flooring. A little juliette balcony facing the street overlooked a leafy tree and quiet street. The location was excellent - we were a 5-minute walk from the (former) Hippodrome, Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, 10 minutes from Topkapi Palace. The breakfast on the 6th floor was outstanding every day - panoramic view of the Bosphorus, Golden Horn, architectural marvels. If you want to stay on the European side, this is an excellent choice. We felt very welcome and thank everyone on the staff for making our visit to Istanbul wonderful.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! The location is perfect to all the sights you want to see, dining, and shopping! The staff is incredible, so friendly, and helpful. The hotel is a GEM. Fabulous location for sightseeing
A great location makes this hotel worth every penny. Room was spacious and very clean, even though some of the decor and bathroom was a little dated. Fabulous views from rooftop restaurant both day and night. Helpful staff on front desk and the lady who cleaned our rooms was just a delight, even though she spoke not one word of English. Thoroughly recommend.

Hotel Stay experience!!!
This hotel needs remodeling from inside. The rooms needs face uplift. Bathroom, sink and shower drains were every day was extremely slow drain. Not mentioning mosquito which I complain every day to the front desk. Nothing happen. Had to go to another hotel which was just $30 expensive but it was a real hotel with all amenities and extremely clean and professional. Also not to mention I arranged for airport pickup and waited for almost an hour and then had to take a taxi to the hotel myself
