PROs: The staff was courteous. The room was clean. Housekeeping stayed away for the three days I stayed but I largely prefer it that way, as I am a neat person that makes his own bed and does not require dozens of towels. There is a mini-fridge in every unit for refreshments. The location was very close to the Horseshow Falls. It has an IHOP in the building and a Tim Horton's a block away. There is ample parking.
CONS: The parking costs $25.00 a night (Canadian Dollars); however parking is offered to other visitors to the Falls, not staying at the Hotel, for $10.00. How does that make sense? There are only two elevators and a small lobby: these become mobbed with people during check out/ check in (I often used the stairs behind the reception). The hallways were noisy and the air conditioning unit sounded like a locomotive.
If visiting the Falls again, I would stay at a nicer place outside the City of Niagara Falls, and take advantage of the relatively cheap $10.00 parking!
