It was our first trip to China and we loved it. The Shangri_La Hotel is simply outsanding, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Hotel itself is amazing and has everything you could want. The landscaping outside in the Garden and around the beautful Pool are just pristine. and the food was extraordinary, we planned to go out to eat to experience Chinese Food, but there was no need as the Hotel's 6 Restaurants had everything we could have hoped for. all around a magnificent Hotel, we will be back for sure

Superb service and nice environment. The hotel is not new but the maintenance is good. Just that the card key is not always working due to aging elevator system.

The property is very well located for those attending events at the exhibition complex. Comfortable rooms with floor to ceiling river views, an excellent gym, indoor swimming pool. Beautiful outdoor area with a small kids playroom, luxurious gardens and an enormous swimming pool. We had an excellent stay with one caveat: the all day menu at the ground floor cafe' was quite overpriced.

Breakfast was not good definately. Anywhere that u want to travel for a meal or shopping need a transport.Other than that everything is fine

people at the front desk and customer service should speak better english. it is difficult to communicate.
