We LOVED staying here. We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who explained everything we needed to know about the facilities. The area is quiet for the most part, though there is a fire station nearby, so be aware of that. It's fairly quiet though :) There is a Family Mart almost immediately to the left of the hotel, and plenty of subway entrances. A fantastic stay!

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life: Dirty, Unco
I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I originally planned to stay for 15 days, but I had to leave after the first night due to the appalling conditions. The hotel felt like something out of Prison Break—extremely strange and uncomfortable. I contacted the Hotéis.com chat several times, begging them to cancel the rest of my reservation because it was impossible to stay there. Everything in the hotel was dirty. The air conditioner, in particular, was disgusting and visibly unclean, which triggered my allergies within the first two hours. When I asked for an extra pillow, the receptionist told me there were none available and suggested I use towels under my existing pillow instead. On top of that, the location was terrible—nothing was open nearby, and everything was far away, making access to basic necessities very difficult. To make matters worse, the hotel had an awful smell. It was, without a doubt, the worst night of my life.

This place really looks just like in the pictures. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are at least 3 massage places near if you are tired from walking so much. Subway station is 5 min walk. There's a supermarket and restaurants near. Two thumbs up!

4 days of a 13-day trip visiting family
Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it. However, anyone over 6 feet tall should pay attention to the low door and ceiling heights! We had a balcony which faced on to another tall building and kept our room void of daylight and no outlook, but we were out from early till late and weren't bothered by the lack of daylight in the room. That said, the only criticism we had was of some disturbance from the room above in the early hours of the morning during the last two days of our stay, which sounded like furniture being moved and pulled across the floor, and lasted intermittently over a period of about two hours.

The property was a lot more “older and dirtier” than it looked in the pictures provided by them. The place was moldy and just gave off an eerie feeling, the bathroom sink paint was chipping off. The bedside had no sockets like normal hotels. It just was not what we expected from a hotel in Japan, the room was very backdated. The place is more of a hostel than a hotel. The location is not that convenient to get around places. Would not recommend.

Chambre sale : intérieur de poubelle horrible, fond de baignoire crade qui craque quand on entre dedans, poussière de partout, tâches sur la moquette, murs très abîmés. Service gentil à l'accueil, mais le reste est vraiment peu recommandable. Moins d'echantillons gratuit à disposition que dans le précédent hôtel MyStays où j'étais à Tokyo.
