My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The staff were very helpful and kind to us during our stay. The rooms have all the amenities you’ll need. The spa is also great in terms of cleanliness and facilities provided. Location is very good as well. It is located a small walking distance from the central area which we liked as we preferred some privacy during the night. Overall a very pleasant and I can recommend this hotel with affordable prices. Would definitely book this hotel again!

Excellent Value Hotel, Convenient Access

It was a tremendous value‑for‑money hotel, close to the main sights and conveniently located for transport. The only downside is that while the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel, you have to walk one block to the ANA Crowne Hotel on the return trip. So we took a taxi to Sapporo Station instead—it cost about ¥850.

Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city.

Well renovated european wedding hotel

Room very well renovated (south wing). Breakfast very nice and solid. Onsen is a bit crowded yet clean and a big plus in sapporo winter. Location also short enough for walking to explore downtown sapporo.

This is a great hotel with great rooms and location. The staff overall was good and helpful but some staff were not as pleasant ( scolding us when we couldnt find our room key!).

An elegant and gorgeous hotel with fantastic service located near a conbini around one corner and an Italian place around the other. The rooms look wonderful and the onsen is majestic. I strongly recommend staying here, especially during the winter for a beautiful view of the snow covered city.

Stayed in Sapporo for a few nights and had a fabulous stay. Room was great and Onsen was amazing. only thing the hotel lacked was an onsite bar. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere. Would stay here again as very convient for station and ski bus

Grwat option for central Sapporo

Great location in Central Sapporo. Rooms are nice, comfy and modern. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. All in all it's Good value.

Service is prompt and good. Staff are always helpful to our needs. Room service did excellent job at cleaning our room. Walkable to Odori park, Nijo market, Tanukikoji shopping street and others.

Classic style hotel in Sapporo

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Sapporo! The staff was very helpful in expediting some holiday gift packages. Very gracious helpful staff and an old world charm at this hotel, I am now a big fan of the Monterey brand because of their Sapporo team. Thanks for a great stay!

Great position there was a bus stop right outside when we got the bus from airport and when you leave bus stop on next block. This was convenient considering the weather. Check in was good we had a room on the twentieth floor overlooking the city which was great to watch the weather roll in. A lot of the sights were only a short walk and main train station was about 10 minute walk. Room was comfortable twin beds with space under beds to put stuff to make more room. The hotel was more European than japanese. Breakfast was excellent so many choices from local to western food. My husband especially like the smoked salmon and caviar

Main building rooms are very outdated

The rooms in the main building are small and very outdated. We previously stayed in the south building (same booking class) and the rooms are much better
