Breakfast and service good, rest was bearable.
Just needed a night before the surrending of my flat, since my bed was already gone. The room itself had a few stains on the wall, and the bathroom had a bit of mold. The pillow wasn't comfortable at all, unfortunately, and the mattress as well. I haven't slept well that night. The breakfast was amazing! A bit steep for 12€/person, but it's all you can eat and had a huge variety. I'd have loved more vegan-oriented options, too, though. The service and staff were nice, nothing to complain here. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient, but still polite. The area is kind of industrial. I only picked it because it was were my parents stayed, too. It was loud and noisy. I wouldn't like to spend a vacation there, but for my intent it was good enough.

Perfect for what I needed.
Hotel was lovely for an impromptu overnight stay whilst working, staff were all friendly and helpful, was full of trades people as it sits on the edge of an industrialised area of Hamburg. Breakfast was a wide range of continental delights and filter coffee flasks on each table however there were other machines and beverages available if coffee isn’t your drink of choice.

As always friendly helpful staff. Hotel is close to A1 and bus stops outside for city. Quiet location with BurgerKing opposite and McDonalds just down the road. Good location for many Warehouse companies and just around the corner from ikea.

Requested a non-smoking room which was granted, however the halls, reception, elevator etc reeked on cigarette smoke. Even with the door closed, our room had a level of smoke that was unacceptable. Left the window open to air out the room which helped. Should of left open all night.

The location was pretty convenient for going to/fro Hamburg but the bathroom was pretty tiny. The shower curtain was about 4" too small for the shower so water ended up on the floor every time. They were able to accommodate us for staying an extra night without us having to change rooms. The location is a bit remote with no businesses nearby but is only a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Nice weekend in Hamburg
Nice stay for a weekend easy to reach, free parking. S - Bahn in walking distance to get downtown. No fridge or microwave, no ice machine (You'll get some ice at the front desk even at 2 a.m.). very friendly people there.

Basic Hotel with acceptable facilities
Clean room and suitable for price paid. very helpful reception staff and reccomended a good restaurant. The only negative was the proximity of the smoking area and allowing smoking in the doorway of the hotel

Horrible wifi
Rude front desk guy. The wifi was a joke, hardly any signal. The rooms were nice though. Once you made your way to the train, getting to town was easy. Not a bad place to stay but wasn't worth the price for me.
