I don't know if my room just happened to be remodeled recently, but it was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-appointed.
The Japanese breakfast was pretty good, and much healthier than the Continental breakfast (braised root vegetables, sauteed eggplant, chicken, rice, miso soup).
There also was a selection of okay-looking croissants, plus vegetable juice, and inexplicably, potato salad, deli ham slices, and steamed frozen corn (I think?). I'm not Japanese enough to know if those are supposed to be constructed into some type of sandwich maybe? Anyway the breakfast offerings were pretty healthy.
I'd say the only thing that wasn't super excellent was the quality of the bed, but this place is great value for the money.
