Disappointing Stay
We looked forward to staying at the Oscar. Upon arrival no one at reception and no instructions about what to do. I located the telephone number on Hotels.com and spoke with someone who gave me the entry code and then sent a text with information. The room was in need of paint and a deep cleaning. Breakfast was an insult, a few pieces of bread, orange juice and coffee and very rude help. No butter, jam, fruit, yogurt, cheese, etc. unlike a normal petit déjeuner in any hotel. There was never anyone at reception except in the morning, absolutely no service. The entire stay was a true disappointment.
