Pros- great location, historic property, lots of restaurants nearby, washer and dryer, accomodations are spacious Cons- noisy as restaurants and bars open till late, poorly appointed kitchen only 2 forks, antiquated scary elevator, One garbage can only in the kitchen nothing in the bathroom, sofa bagged out and uncomfortable, pillows on the bed were terrible Certainly not the place for me

Excellent location, beautiful building
Beautiful building perfectly positioned in the heart of Old Montreal with short walks to breathtaking walkable streets filled with world class restaurants and shops. General parking is across the road on the piers which is about a 8-12 minute walk from the location and is about 50 CAD per full day. When we arrived in the unit we were very impressed with the contemporary renovations that seemed to retain the old charm. A couple of comments for a better experience next time, the sectional couch in the main living room could use some new cushions as they looked very well sat on and almost deflated. There were no waste baskets in any of the rooms or bathrooms. Also no extra blankets other than the bedding. My mother was cold despite turning up the heat. Finally we noticed some food crumbs on the he floor underneath the living room coffee table. Overall very nice for the price.

This property is situated in a busy, bustling Old Port area among shops, museums, the river and lots of dining options. Be prepared for nightlife and the chance to watch the city wake up and the bike paths to come alive. It was a perfect location for our visit.

The property was great. When we entered we were very happy until the night. There is a club downstairs that is pumping music until 3am. Not in normal levels. I had to put my headphones on with noise cancellation but still the walls were trembling the bed was trembling. I moved to the sofa but still the same. I had to leave and sleep somewhere else. Unacceptable. They should have noted this on the description.

The apartment was nice and in a great location. The floors could be a bit cleaner (the rug was quite dirty and there was a lot of hair and dust from previous renters). We also saw a mouse scurry through at one point. Also, the pillows are too firm with no variation and no inner protective covers. AC also didn’t work very well, so it was quite hot to sleep at night. I think for this to be considered luxury, it needs to address some of these minor concerns.

All good. Will return. Mattresses a bit too firm for our taste (purchased a topper). Could use a kettle. Door lock worked but protested…. Give a test please (it didn’t lock as promised after ten seconds). Two of three nights interrupted by alarms (once a doorway, once a car, both after 1:30 AM). Beautiful accommodation and very handy…. I think we are grateful for facing back versus over restaurants, apart from the late night alarms… clever of you to leave ear plugs.

We were so happy with the location of this hotel. Definitely the best part of Montréal and right in the middle of great restaurants, shops, water, etc. That being said, the night life and music were fairly loud til about midnight (there were ear plugs in the bathroom drawer. ) It was great to have the space in the living area to hang out with the family. The sectional couch was nice and big for our family of four, although a little worn/ uncomfortable (feathers kept coming out of it. ) We were a little nervous to not have a front desk/ employees on site, but we got in fine and communication was pretty good.

Nice rustic yet modern flat - amazing stay
The flat that I stayed in had a very good layout and well decorated. The combining of the old brick walls into the decor of the rooms, gave it a very rustic yet modern feel. Stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom flat on the 4th floor. The process to get the access code and keyless and contactless checkin was a breeze. The location is amazing, right across from the port in Montreal. There are two restaurants as you step out of the building, I tried both and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I would definitely stay at this place again and would highly recommend it.

This place is a crazy good deal. So much space! Beautifully decorated. One concern was the front bedroom heard music from downstairs til midnight so bring earplugs if you can’t fall asleep easily. Minor issues: no Kleenex, paper towels or trash cans. This place seems new so they probably forgot them. We would stay here again.

The property had loud music playing from 12pm to Midnight. Then people are talking outside until 2am. Then from 3am, vendors start to arrive to start construction. Then from 4:30am to 6am, the trash trucks are picking up trash and bottles which startled my child and elder mom. So, if you plan to sleep while on vacation I would NOT recommend this property. Yes, it's situated in a prime spot but it's also where all the tour buses, school buses stop to drop off. I wish the property had dual pane windows for the rooms AND had at least disclosed in the description that loud music can be heard in the rooms until midnight. I found other older buildings/lofts had double pane windows for the noise, but not this one. It was not a restful stay for the family and I did send an email and received no reply, unfortunately. There is an elevator, old, but still works.

Cute 2 bedroom place. Couch big enough to sleep on (no bedding for it). Location was awesome. Near many shops, restaurants and attractions. Cons: music from street level restaurants blasted 12 hours a day (even on days they weren’t open). And the train grinding metal noise woke me up each night as well. (Even with white noise going, very loud). Also very minimal (one trashcan in entire apt, no ice trays, no cups that fit the coffee maker, etc).
