Really good location if you're looking to not stay directly on the beach as it's only 2 blocks from the beach. It's quiet too - however definitely not the cosiest or cleanest.

Had to book here for a business trip, can be defined as a 2 star hotel. Infrastructure and furniture are shouting for a renovation, had many problems like a flooded room due to the old A/C that sweats inside the room, someone entered by mistake in my room, front desk is small but lots of people (with no apparent reason), the wardrobe door was lose and came out in my hand. Shower is excellent and A/c was working fine despite the age and the already mentioned architectural problem. Breakfast is ok. I am sure any of those will be fixed as the hotel was full with noisy tourists.

This hotel is a “get what you pay for”. I stayed in 3 different rooms over my 3 week trip. Each room had dirty curtains and chipped floors and walls and needed a makeover. For clarification they were all their budget rooms so I can’t speak for the state of the more expensive rooms. It’s a good location. Close to beach. Lots of food options nearby. Would I stay here again? Probably if I wanted a budget option.

Muito bom o hotel. As instalações são simples mas vale muito a pena pelo custo benefício, a localização é ótima dentro do bairro de Copacabana, o café da manhã estava muito bom e variado, o banheiro do meu quarto estava com características de reformado e com chuveiro com água quente e fria funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários do hotel foram muuuuiiittooo simpáticos!!! Só tive boas experiências!

Apesar de alguns problemas, como a falta de energia apenas no quarto em que estávamos e um incidente em que meu filho derramou líquido na cama, a experiência foi razoável. Quando ligamos para a recepção, informaram que não havia enxoval de cama disponível, mas depois conseguiram ao menos um lençol. A limpeza superficial é boa, porém as cortinas estavam bastante sujas e o ar-condicionado acumulava muita sujeira. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas tudo o que provamos estava gostoso. Pelo preço cobrado, eu já esperava que não seria nada extraordinário, então considero que ficou dentro da média.

Detalhes simples que não podem ser esquecidos fazem mudar a imagem de um hotel com baixas avaliações...quarto com colchão velho/quebrado, banheiro com odor terrível saindo pelo ralo, tratamento mais cordial por parte dos atendentes (que acredito que já esperem o tempo todo por reclamação)...tudo isso são pequenos detalhes que fazem tirar a visão de apenas um hotel bem antigo. Até porque não se pagou barato para estar no mesmo. Infelizmente até pra quem não tem frescura como eu não tive como superar essas questões. Recomendo o hotel sim, mas em ÚLTIMA hipótese.
