Not as presented in photos
Firstly we arrived to find room was with 2 beds instead of 3 took all day for them to sort out another room and hotel was pretty empty and the waterpark was not working only after many complaints they opened next day. We found a cockroach in toilet and shower head was broken.... They were understaffed and it's a shame because the place has potential! Life guard was most friendly and helpful.

Room was dirty, run down, furniture was broken and damaged and burnt. There was a maggot on the units. We only stayed one night. I would have been extremely disappointed if I’d booked for a longer period. The toilets by the pool were disgusting beyond description, I went back to my room instead. The pool area was covered in leaves from the trees (which is obviously natural) but no one attempted sweeping them and keeping the place tidy.
The best thing about this was the location it’s in a good area and has a lot of potential but needs a lot of TLC.
There was no hairdryer in our room but this was advertised on Expedia- we asked for one and they brought and screwed one to the wall.
Air con worked fine for us - had to ask for another card as was only given one and need actual card for air con.
There was no gym or spa as advertised on Expedia - we were told we could use next door gym but staff didn’t know anything about a Spa.
Waterpark area is for under 12s only.
The beach front has a walk over bridge that waves come up and splash you… that was probably highlight of our stay! That area was a bit run down too.
All I could see in the hotel was it had so much potential.
The prices charged are not reflective of the condition. We booked a superior room! It wasn’t superior.
I can see how young ones who are using it as a bed and base only would tolerate it but I do believe there are other options that are better value for money. It’s not Ramada type quality!

The hotel is not finished yet. Still easy to see some constructions works in the new building. Hot water dometimes missing… At the pool there are no rules, very crowded and very noisy. Staff are ok but easily to see that they are not enough for the work needed to be done in all the areas.

Disappointed
Pros: location, cleanliness, mini water park.
Cons: parking, airconditioning (insufficient), breakfast (broken coffee machine, queues, no much of a choice), no swimming pool towels, etc.

Where shall I start.. Breakfast was terrible. Almost raw bacon. Selection was so bad I never experienced that before. Even hostels are better. Of 14 nights cleaning forgot to clean our room 8 times!!! Got threatened by the manager who meant we used hotels towels for the beach! When we showed our towels after he refused to let us out from hotel if we didnt he just said ok! Never experienced anythinc like that. Reception totally uninterested in the guests and any service if you have any problem like cleaning. Just 1 coffe machine at breakfast… I really got the funny nd strange feeling that the hotel is a front for something else like money laundering how funny that sounds but the rooms and hotel is actually nice but the service, hospitality general interest for the guest etc is totally the worst we have experienced nd we go for holidays min 5 weeks per year! To sum it up, just stay away from this hotel, worst experience ever, sad to say.
