Very well situated near the hotel zone. Walkable to all the fun action, near restaurants, tours and shopping. The room is really nice but not entirely private and parking is very difficult. Didn’t feel entirely safe as there is no front desk after hours and anyone can walk in.

I was in room #8 and it was perfect! Pool right off the beach ENORMOUS room, patio right outside the door. Super easy check in! The door to the hotel is a little hidden, but if you end up at the restaurant they will show you to the hotel door 😍 I'll stay here again next time I'm in Cancun!

The place is a super bargain. You can't beat the price for the area. The band at the restaurant pkays until around 11pm, but we knew that coming in so it didn't take away from the experience. The ocean is literally steps away and the beach us lovely. I personally dud not like Cancun very much. Just another tourist trap to me, be the room was very nice. We enjoyed it.

Property is right next to isla mujeres ferry terminal so really accesible. Supermarket is also right across the street. Overall in a great location if you’re looking to be in the zona hotelera nearby lots of food/entertainment. Our room was cleaned daily which was very nice. A little noisy, but nothing too crazy. Beach is steps away from the hotel. 8/10 would recommend!

It’s good location cute, private and beautiful. Price is nice for the location. But no service almost! No introduction to follow, such as, the gate was locked in weekend, no information about the code till to call the on call staff. Bath room window latch is broken, There is no chair in our room. Office staff is not willing to accommodate reasonable request like shower drain is clotted, any smaller pillow available? I wish they could improve customer service and have a guidance information in written form for future guests.

I was very surprised that Expedia would advertise for this hotel. It was miserable. The air conditioner was nasty, no tissues, no washcloths, the washcloth was like a bar rag or hand towel. I do have pictures if you would like to see them or view was terrible. The smell was gross when we open the window. I guess I expected a lot more I was embarrassed.

Poor service - no one at the front desk when we arrived . Room was very dirty and smelled like cat poop. The bedding was filthy and stained. Hotel only had 6 rooms. The photos make the property look bigger than it actually is . The property had no clean towels available. Charged $500 for 2 nights left after the first night . Still fighting with the hotel and Expedia for the refund for the other days . Do not stay here it’s horrible !!!

When we got there right off the bat the room was super humid but we didn’t think much of it because the beach and pool is right next to it. We later found that they had cockroaches and big ones too. We sent a message to the lady upfront and all she said was sorry and that she didn’t know that they had cockroaches. It doesn’t even end there the mattress was so dirty it was yellow and had fleas or some type of bugs we have bites all over our body. The bedroom sheets were of poor quality super thin to the point that they feel damp because of the humidity. Their WiFi was so bad we had to use the WiFi of the restaurant next to our room. Do not stay here it has been the worst hotel I’ve ever been to the pictures that they put look nice but that’s not how it actually was. I do not recommended this hotel I suggest that you stay away. I really wish we could get our money back or at least some of it. I am so disappointed.
