Positiv: Schönes Riad, freundliches Personal. Negativ: Teils deutlicher Renovierungsstau (Duschen ohne Flutung des Badezimmers nicht möglich, knallhartes und knarrendes Bett (nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf), extrem hellhörige Räume Das Personal ist freundlich, aber man muss nach allem fragen, sonst passiert nichts: Wlan-Passwort, Getränke, die Milch zum Kaffee, ...im Grunde alles. Wir haben das nicht als positiv empfunden.

Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen
Schönes Riad mitten in der Altstadt. Die kleine Poolanlage auf der Dachteresse ist sehr nett hergerichtet und auch der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Allerdings hat jemand während wir in der Stadt Abendessen waren unser Zimmer durchsucht. Der Raum war abgeschlossen und wurde danach auch wieder verschlossen. Es muss durch jemand erfolgt sein, der einen Schlüssel zu den Räumen hat (oder sich einfach an den Schlüsseln bedient, die an der Rezeption abgegeben werden). Wir haben das erst mit Abreise realisiert und im Nachgang beim Management um eine Rückmeldung und Stellungnahme gebeten. Leider haben wir nie wieder etwas vom Management des Riads gehört ... Ich kann daher - obwohl das Riad schön ist - ein Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen.

Charming riad in the Marrakech Medina
The riad is amazingly decorated, very colorful and distinguished. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The hammam and massage were great too. Breakfast was average, could be slightly enhanced. Overall, highly recommended!

一点だけ、大きな問題がありました。リヤドの入り口はベルを鳴らして従業員に入れてもらわないと入れない仕組みになっているのですが、夜の八時、遊び終わって入ろうとしたところ、１０分以上、ベルを鳴らしても電話をしても誰も出てこず。暫くしてお客様の一人が気付いたようで空けてくれました。もしかしたら朝まで入れないかもしれない、と言う不安がよぎりました。

Magnifique
Petit coin de paradis, très bien situé, a une rue de l’agitation, 10 mn de la Place jemaa, 3mn du palais Bahia. Le personnel est discret et agréable, le Riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et conforme aux photos. Nous avons testés les massages ainsi que le hammam et cela vaut vraiment le coup. Le petit déjeuner est bien, par contre le repas du soir n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons ce Riad.

Très dèçus !!!!!
Le prix demandé par le riad flam n est absolument pas en rapport aux prestations. En payant 140 euros je m attendais à un riad haut de gamme, nous avons ete acceuilli dans un riad vieillot sans grand charme, chambre désuète, il n y a que la cour interieure qui est mignonne. Le jaccuzzi est juste une grande baignoire sur le toit, il n est pas chauffé et les bulles ne fonctionnaient pas ....

Beautiful riad with superb rooms which is very well placed near the walls yet close to the main square. It made accessing most of the sites a real breeze. Very friendly staff and a great included breakfast. Highly recommended!

Amazing Riad at a Great Price
We stayed here for 3 days while in Marrakesh and couldn't have been happier. The hotel is located at the end of a residential street within walking distance to all of the great sites in the Medina. The first impression of the street the hotel is on isn't great, but once you enter the safe and secure Riad, you will be blown away. The wait staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It was such a relaxing experience. The rooftop hot tub and terrace was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this Riad for any future travelers.
