City trip for 3 days
We had 3 day city sightseeng trip with the son. Rooms are well planned and clean. Service was excellent although we did not meet anyone but via e-mail was everything orgsnized and everything worked. We maid all our trip in city on foot so the place is situated well. Only thing I could complain is that there should be floorheater in bathroom. Its because the towels did not dry out even in 24 h or so. But we managed

It was a good stay. It is not a hotel. It is an apartment turned into several suites so the entrance is like going to an apartment. There is not staff in the evening or early morning. The space is very good for Europe hotel standards. The couch can be turned into another bed. The cleanliness was great until we found coffee spots on the clean sheets. It is a bit noisy because you can hear everything from the hallway but not from the street. The staff is very, very friendly and willing to assist you if you need anything. Location was GREAT!

At the suites everything was great but the building was very old, stairs not enough light nor clean and the elevator is also very old. I appreciate the administrator help with everything. The checkin and check out was easy.

Well.. I didn’t know this wasn’t a hotel lol! The email communication before the stay didn’t even tip me off. Yeah.. not a world traveller.. until now! Loved the place! Authentic Roman experience from the ancient gated elevator down to the big shutters that I threw open to enjoy the streetscape. Room has been beautifully redone. Bathroom is just great. The two bedroom setup was perfect for my purposes as two couples split the room. Would also be great for a family of 4 or even 5 with the couch. Easily walkable to the Vatican and Trastevere food district. Email communication was excellent and instructions for entry were clear. Easily managed from across the pond. Be aware that staff are only there in the morning. I would definitely use this property again.
