How do i rate if i didn't even see the property? I was so disappointed to call when already in the country with young children and to be told that we cannot check in yet i had paid full way in advance and then stressed to look for accommodation paid through the noise as last minute basically i cannot expressed how extremely disappointed and dissatisfied i am with expedia because that's the app i booked through! The management/ owner could also have notified me because im sure they saw the property was booked because thats what i saw on my end until i was turned away!😡
