We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect — just steps away from Syntagma Square and the beautiful streets of Kolonaki. The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Eva was extremely helpful and responsive, quickly assisting us when we had a small issue with the bathroom door handle. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Athens!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Perfect location, 8 minutes from Syntagma square subway station (which takes you directly from and to the airport). This puts you in the center of Athens and within very easy reach to all the sightseeing places. It is spacious, and has all the amenities one needs for feeling at home. Appliances include dish washer, washing machine, micro and electric ovens, plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook, etc. I stayed there one week and wish to had book more days. Eva, the manager is very kind and always ready to answer my questions within seconds of me sending a WhatApp message. I have no hesitation to recommend this place to any kind of visitor, especially considering the price.

Great location, great host! The kitchen has everything you will need. Room is very clean. The only thing is the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the noise from the street and from the neighbors. But that’s my experience with almost all other apartments in Athens. There are so many great dining options nearby, you can almost walk to anywhere. Host is very friendly and helpful, I would love to come back again if in the area!

i enjoyed a lot my stay in Athens. it is a very big, clean , tidy apartment located at city centre. it takes about 8 minutes walk from Syntagma station, which is an acceptable walkable distance. it is also very convenient access to famous attractions like Acropolis, cable car station. we admired the most is the service attitude. Eva is very nice and polite. We keep in touch during our time. she was also willing to offer us a late check out. We were really grateful about her acts of kindness.

Très bien. Appartement bien situé, dans un quartier calme et proche de la place Syntagma. Bien équipé, propre. La communication avec la propriétaire est rapide et facile via Whatsapp. On a passé un très bon séjour.
