Shower room was moldy, frequent cleaning is required and cleanser for mold removal is essential.
Air conditioner was not cool enough ....once technician disassemble filters, they were full of dust and this affected ventilation, once they changed a set of new filters my partner and I felt a bit better ......but it was still hot in room so we ended up asking for a fan.....and thanks god we slept well with the fully function fan.
Hotel room was generally good despite of above problems....the room was bright, clean, furnished with high quality furniture and electrical appliances. We will love to stay again....if the air con problem is solved.
Public areas like corridor, lift lobby, swimming pool and gym are extremely tidy with good customer services.
Last but not least I highly appreciated all East Hotel Staffs made my wedding anniversary staycation great.
