The rooms didn’t look like the pictures and was very small The toilet was like an airplane toilet with a small shower. Very bad water pressure and nearly no pressure at all if you like to have some warm water as well. The positive was the staff that was friendly and polite

The room overall was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. The toilet paper and bath towels had to be kept outside the bathroom. Microscopic shower with a broken shower head. It was hot and they wouldn't turn the AC on the first night but I begged for AC for the 2nd night. Beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. No elevator so we had to carry out luggage up flights of stairs. At least there was a tiny fridge to put drinks in. We tried to find a different hotel in the area but they were all sold out so we had to stay 2 nights. Desk clerk was extremely nice and they offer you wine if desired.

En realidad la que me tocó no se parece en nada a lo que ofrecen. Las fotos de la publicación no es lo que dan. La chica que me recibió se esmeró para que me sintiera bien y entendió, incluso tuvo atenciones de agua y vino para subsanar la incomodidad y eso lo rescató. Lo bueno es que noté que buscan mejorar.
