Sana and its entire staff was absolutely top tier. The facility was clean and refreshing as a change of scenery of the “”Tulum” aesthetic. The hotel opened just recently in November 2024. Some of the rooms were still under construction to be finished just in time for the main season. There was however no disturbance through the works. The rooms are super nice with modern yet cozy furniture! The direct access to the beach is amazing and the beach club is equipped with a great bar, comfortable sun beds and seating options. The food is amazing as well! Only things that I would criticize: lack of parking (you need to park on public parking lot 150m away which is 400 pesos - 20€/ day). Also there would be the need for additional hooks in the rooms to hang stuff as well as a second bed table.
