Iberostar resort is beautiful in every way. The people are the friendliest always willing to cater to your every need. The food was ok, I liked the buffet better than some of the restaurants. Had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The food and vibes were great! The bars and entertainment were top notch. Ruth and Stretch and all the staff and performers were great. Also met a very friendly employee named Maurice who was doing really good job. All around great experience. Hope to come back again soon!

I liked the activities available each day The staff was great updating you with the daily schedule and always invited you to participate The pools and beach area were also nice. Our room needed updating (especially the bathroom) and felt it could have also been cleaner. We did get pretty burned out on the buffet but did utilize 3 of the onsite restaurants.

4.5 overall. Great getaway. The only think i didnt like was babies in the pool and kids at the swim up bar for extended periods of time. Kids dont belong in bars at home, they shoudlnt be there in Jamaica either. lounge chairs should have pillow.

4 star not 5, mainly because of the food and not a nice beach. Buffet at all hours is a disappointment. Staff- depending who you get - happy or serious (borderline moody, lady at the towel hut really moody). Plus the resort is compact and small to navigate. Room had a beautiful view, that’s a plus. Unfortunately, it would not get cleaned until 3pm on few occasions, once not at all as it was too late to clean. Our bathroom had some wear and tear for sure.

Liked - most staff were great - especially check in agents, buffet staff and entertainment (Stretch and Ruth and fitness instructors). Food was average to great, depending on the restaurant. Property was in good condition and there was lots of activities. Rooms were big and in good condition. What could use work? - staff at gym entrance were dismissive and rude; pool/beach bars don't have enough staff and were not overly pleasant. They definitely have the toughest jobs with all the drinking adults but they ignored anyone without money in their hands, especially the kids.

Overall, the property was nice. The rooms were outdated and there was a musty smell in the hallways. The staff and service were not what we expected and often the staff seemed "put out" when you ordered food or drinks. With that said, the beach and pool were fabulous!
