We stayed in an apartment for a week and was impressed with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed their evening meal offer too. Would recommend the hotel for a relaxing getaway destination on the island - but it is an hour from the airport.

Really lovely and peaceful location despite being in the centre of the town. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too. We recommend this place very highly.

Nice room with a balcony and a good bed, clean en suite. Minimal kitchen facilities but a washer/dryer. Great value and a good location with free parking.

The hotel is amongst the best we've stayed in. The room is comfortable with great views over the gardens. The food is good, but what makes the hotel outstanding is the service from the staff. They are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The hotel has a unique thermal pool with a constant 35-40oC temperature. The hotel provide robes and towels to use at the pool, which is just as well as the iron rich water stains everything...

We were greeted by a friendly lady behind the desk who showed us up to our room. The room was a generous size and modernly decorated with a king size bed with big soft cushions. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. The bathroom was excellent - I loved the shower and the shower gels and lotions provided (GreenPark) ! Very clean, comfortable and stylish accommodation in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was someone there to welcome us even though we didn't arrive until close to midnight. Highly recommended.

Wonderful 3 nights stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Slightly sketchy arrival as no one to check us in but pressed a buzzer and spoke to member of staff who gave us a lock box code to retrieve our key and arrival info. Hi everyone. This hotel is located in the north of the island and easily accessible from the capital, Ponta Delgada in 20 min by car mostly in a motorway. Its right on the coast with a beach a few meters away. There's nothing bad to mention about this hotel. Its clean, friendly and full of the right amenities for a place with this classification. Wonderful holiday with lots of hikes around lakes and along beautiful trails to waterfalls. We loved the hotel. Our suite was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and great bath. We had enough space to do yoga each morning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful providing information about hikes and tourism. Marcia was an absolute gem and looked after us so well. Beautiful island and a relaxing weeks holiday.
