Quarto tem cheio de mofo, horrível

Terrível, descuidado e em péssimas condições.
O hotel não é apenas ruim, é totalmente desleixado! Pra quem vai para Salvador por causa do Carnaval, a localização é a melhor impossível e o hotel tem super potencial. Mas as condições dele estão terríveis! Lençóis e toalhas cinzas e rasgados, a porta do banheiro inteira mofada, frigobar enferrujado, as janelas não foram limpas desde que o hotel inaugurou. Ou seja, parece que não fazem questão alguma de prover o MINiMO para ser um hotel, uma estrela que fosse. Uma pena porque ele realmente tem muito potencial.

Reforma urgente ou fecha
O quarto em que fiquei , no primeiro andar , era assustador. A porta estava mofada , com fechadura caindo, só consegui dormir pq coloquei o frigobar em frente à porta pois estava com medo. O hotel está sem manutenção , lençóis e toalhas encardidos. Fiquei no hotel em 2015 e não me recordo desse estado em que está hj. Não recomendo, foi a pior estadia que tive apesar dos funcionários serem cordiais

Local com pessima manutencao do espaco fisico. O cafe da manha com reposicaondesorganizada, presenciei hospede solicitando alcool e papel para limpar a mesa e se sentar para o cafe. Faltacde cortesia da equipe de atendimento.

A localização excelente, quarto com vista para o mar, dá pra ir a pé para o farol da barra. Porém precisa urgentemente trocar os travesseiros, são bem fininhos, prejudicando o sono. O ar condicionado também praticamente não gelava, tive que abrir a janela.

O hotel têm excelentes localização e atendimento. A estrutura física é problemática parece uma obra inacabada, além daquelas condensadoras na varanda que deixa o corredor do primeiro andar muito quente e barulhento. A cama era horrível, um colchão mole. O café foi razoável. Agora entendi a nota baixa.

A pior experiência que ja tive em hoteis, quarto com mofo, banheiro sujo, toneira dá nojo de usar, comprei agua mineral pra escovar os dentes, lençol rasgado, toalhas manchadas, ar condicionado extremamente sujo, ambiente do cafe da manha muito quente e com pouca ventilação, ao abrir a porta do quarto pra sair, vc pega um ar quente que vem da casa de maquinas dos ar condicionado o que torna algo insuportável ate pra respirar, elevador com pessima manutenção, preferi usar as escadas, que sao muito sujas. Pedi pra ser trocado de quarto e fui ignorado, nem resposta obtive. Pessimo em todos os quesitos.
