Everything happened through whatsapp and it's videos. There was no reception at all. We didn´t see anybody of the staff during the three days of our visit. The person, who worked through whatsapp reacted very actively and immediately to our questions. We got the key to our room from the street. It was hanging on the window handle. Anybody could have taken it - little scary. There was not any name of the hotel towards the street, not even the word hotel. The heater didn't work, not TV, not the clock on the wall. There was only cold water coming from the shower. It was an apartment with the possibility to cook and a fridge. The bed was quite hard.

The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 PM, and I had notified the property of our ETA. But we had to race from the train station under threat of an extra fee if we checked in after 8 PM. Made things very stressful, and seems a little punitive. We found the kitchen was under-supplied, and the coffee maker and toaster were very out-dated. I advised the host that the coffee maker wasn't working, but it was not addressed during our stay. The wi-fi was also quite weak in the living room and the signal was unreliable. So overall, I'd say it's a good flat with lots of character, well-located, but the amenities and service left a lot to be desired.
