Maldron Hotel Newcastle
"Clean and comfortable lovely staff and friendly great area central for everything"
Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside
"Good value, little dated but good nights sleep and quiet location"
Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead
"Great location for The Metro Centre"
Lumley Castle Hotel
"Good food. Excellent location. Very nice stay in a lovely castle 🏰"
Royal Station Hotel
"The building is old but has great character and the staff are amazing. My partner needed a room without having to negotiate stairs due to sight difficulties. The staff were amazing in organising a room and in ensuring a peep was done immediately… so very helpful"
Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
"Excellent value! Fabulous river view! Great discount on food for early evening! Rooms a little tired hence lower score but would definitely recommend"
Great North Hotel
"The hotel was ideal as not far from A1M as we were travelling around. Standard double room quite small but adequate. The pillows were too high for me so they provided me with a flatter but soft one. My husband was fine with his pillows! The shower room was generally clean except the shower tray was not cleaned on 2 days. The pizza dough restaurant provided lovely fresh ones. Parking was good"
Malmaison Newcastle
"After decades of staying in Newcastle we have tried numerous hotels and we find ourselves always coming back here. The staff are always really nice and genuine, the rooms spotlessly clean, public areas comfortable, food/restaurant really good. Located on the quayside with access to cheap, secure parking is a bonus. I believe most if not all of the rooms have been refurbished and are really smart. Save yourself a lot of time and just book Mal- you won't be disappointed!"
INNSiDE by Meliá Newcastle
"Lovely and comfortable stay in a convenient location, including for parking which was reasonably priced and close even when the nearest car park was full. The only downside to the room was this modern convention of sticking a shower in a glass cubicle within the room, rather than in a room of its own. I know this is often done to deter friends groups from reducing their number of room bookings, but even people travelling as couples sometimes enjoy a shower as one of the only times of their day spent by themselves and this prevents that. Otherwise a lovely hotel, and one I sought after a positive experience at a Meliá in Sevilla."
