This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge.

Convenient for the train station and we had a nice view from our top floor room and a lovely dinner nearby. Unfortunately we discovered in the morning that there were bed bugs living under the mattress, which had bitten us during the night. The staff were apologetic and offered us a free breakfast.

I didn’t manage to stay as they don’t allow check in after 22.00hrs and my train didn’t arrive until 22.16 and they also charge a fee for checking in between 19.00hrs and 22.00hrs. This is not a hospitality business!

Ok for the price
Only stayed 1 night after arriving on the barnina express train. 10 minute walk with luggage from train station. Was offered to view two different rooms to choose from. Small rooms , bed rock hard , pillows like pancakes, good shower pressure , stayed early June and room was abit on the warm side but fan provided in room. Can’t rate breakfast as we left on a early train. Overall ok hotel for the cheap price.
