This place was the cleanest, most accommodating hotel that we stayed at during this trip out of 3 hotels in total. All of the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, including the airport shuttle service. The public spaces and our room were clean and looked well maintained. Comfortable beds . Great location near the airport and a very reasonable rate for the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Cheap hotel close to the airport. Room wasn’t spotless but wasn’t trashed. End up here after my flights got canceled and had been stuck in airports all day. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower was hot. Staff were friendly.

The carpet still had some crumbs from the previous guests. The shower soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty. The pool was empty(closed). There was no coffee left at breakfast at 8am, and the only fruit were bananas from WWI era. There was a $30/day parking fee that I didnt see in the ad beforehand. The redeeming parts were a very comfortable bed and pillows (clean). Quiet rooms and hallway. Convenient location. Staff was very pleasant despite being VERY busy. They were all helpful, especially Saif when I had questions.

The room was good but the overall cleanliness left allot to be desired the tub was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned after it's last use and the microwave had a door that broken so I could not get my food out after I warmed it-up. You do have to pay for parking the lot is does not have controlled entry.

Lots to like about this stay. Close to airport, about 10 min on the shuttle. Drivers were great. Check in was great, and they offered us 2 bottles of water at check in. The hotel offered a grab and go breakfast for those leaving prior to the start of the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus! The room was typical and expected. The only issue was the tv, I had to reset for the get channels. (They use internet tv not cable) then after the reset, the channels worked EXCEPT 1. That was ABC, and it wouldn’t show the NBA finals. I have no idea. All in all, was a good experience that was needed for a one night stay for an early morning departure. Other than

We experienced lots of issues during our stay. Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. Once we got upstairs they had checked us into a dirty room where housekeeping was still working. Many other issues as well.

This was our second time staying at this property. Its only 15 minutes from the Sports Stadiums (Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies are all in the same area). They do offer a shuttle to the airport, although while we were there, there were other families also going to the Phillies games so it would be helpful to have a shuttle to the games for guests. They advertise a seasonal outdoor pool, but the pool did not have any water in it and didn't seem to have any maintenance happening to it so it would have been nice to know the pool was out of order before we went. My kids are older so the pool would've been a nice perk but not a deciding factor. The continental breakfast was good, but it's best to go early otherwise nothing is left. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The TV in our room was a smart TV so I was able to log into my Disney+ account and watch through that...and the hotel does offer live TV. It definitely saved me from having to try to connect my fire stick to the TV. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Not as advertised. There's a pool with no water in it. Breakfast wasn't great, but no coffee available for over 30 minutes. Severly understaffed. We were very disappointed. We moved to the Embassy Suites a block away. Much better.

We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. We were in town for a conference, and the location near the Philadelphia airport was very convenient. The hotel has been newly remodeled, and it really shows. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained, and our room was exceptionally clean. Parking felt safe, and the hotel is located on a very quiet street, which made for a peaceful stay despite being so close to the airport. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and there was also an option to upgrade to faster internet for about $5 per day if needed. The only downside was that the pool was closed, which was a little disappointing since we were looking forward to using it. Other than that, we had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and the recent renovations make this an excellent choice for anyone looking for a clean, convenient place to stay near the airport.

At the check in, I had to fill out a paper document with full name, credit card information. I hope they will properly dispose the paper as I felt uncomfortable about the security of the paper. The front desk agent was on the phone entire time so not much of explanation of amenities or shuttles. No offering of complimentary water bottles. The building is newer but cleanliness is questionable. Splattered liquid spots around toilet was visible and I don’t know how long it has been. Around midnight, there were loud people outside that disrupted my sleep though this wasn’t hotel’s fault but it was the guests behavior but wasn’t confident in the front desk agent to be able to handle this noise complaint. Shuttle service is good and frequent enough. That was great.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and clean. But… there was a large party on my floor with loud music, with even louder base, people partying in the hallways going from open room to open room. The party lasted way past midnight. I did not get the restful stay I was hoping for.

Cleaning staff left bottle and a rag in our room, someone tried to open our door at 1am the 1st night, the pool is down, the hotel is boring but staff was nice. Breakfast was really basic we had it the 1st morning, it’s in a decent location close to other places like the plaza and Met.
