Great location downtown manhatten, staff very helpful and friendly, great room just a little compact.

Hotel was ideal for its purpose. Close to everything planned for an elderly relative visiting with us.

I stayed in several hotels over my stay in New York but this is the one I enjoyed the most. The location, close to Korea Town, was vibrant and very central. A tall building, it provides lovely views on its upper floors. There's a bar at the top and the hotel itself had an upbeat, sociable vibe even though my stay was near the start of a week. The room was very clean, nicely designed with a big bathroom. Price wise it compared remarkably well to similar hotels and I felt immediately welcome and...

The room was clean and cleaned well every day, the room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the location was great, although some might feel it is a block or two too far east, the staff/team could not have been more dependable, helpful and professional- each were real gems .For the price in Manhattan it was just what I’d hoped for. Sure it does not have a lot of extra general amenities but the room was fully kitted out and it all worked and I don’t need a spa etc . Will visit again .

Nice rooms, great gym, super lovely terrace, but corridors can be a bit noisy and I heard they can be very picky or charge more for weekend access to the rooftop. But my trip was great and without issue. Bedroom door handles could be less stiff and doors close less heavily…

Amazing location, helpful and friendly staff, clean room, nice decor and all together great value for money. I would stay here again.

Can't fault the hotel, room was lovely! Breakfast was great too. I didn't realise it was in the middle of Time Square! oops! Quite busy outside... Happily stay again, I was over for a work trip.

Cozy hotel, nice styling, great rooftop bar, comfy big bed. Amazing location. Would stay again. Very small rooms, so not for all people. Rooftop bar had different (less) opening hours than advertised.

Extremely convenient to theatres and subway

We stayed as a family of five for three nights. Great location, very near to Times Square. The breakfast had loads of choice. We stayed five in a room which was manageable, but a bit of a squeeze with a glass wall for the bathroom separating it from the sleeping area which wasn’t ideal! Great views as we stayed on 21st floor. We also asked the hotel bellboy to arrange a private taxi to the airport at 4.45am.

Great location, great breakfast and lots of room in the signature family suite

Great location. Excellent sound proofing from the street and other rooms. Comfortable and clean. Excellent stay all round.

Small room but as expected for Manhattan, and it was good quality bedding, towels etc. Walked to Chinatown and Little Italy from here, no problem.

Loved the design of the rooms, unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed on our stay! Otherwise amazing
