Perfect location in the heart of it all (you can walk to many places and are close to the main station). Excellent service including souvenir delivery directly to the hotel (and not much more expensive than in-shop). Rooms are a bit small if you have a big suitcase (hey, you need to bring these souvenirs back...) but very clean and functional.

The location is great for access to the Taipei Main Station, meaning all transit. The side street it is on has a number of shuttered businesses which make it a little quiet at night. The closest access point from TMS is the Z2 or Z4 stairs or an elevator that comes to street level between Z2 and Z4; it drops you into an underground shopping area that is active at night with many people, and which connects to TMS.

A great stay
This hotel was perfect for my needs. It was centrally located, easy access to buses and trains, near many, many food options and shopping, and has a very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, AC, a kettle, cups, clean linens, shampoo, body and hand wash, and offerings of water, tea, coffee, and snacks. Also, there is an airport shuttle that you must arrange, they offer free cup noodles from 10pm-6am, have courtesy umbrellas, and the front desk is open 24 hours, so late check-in is available. The last really convenient things is they will store your luggage. The only two negative things I would say is- there are not enough electrical outlets in the rooms, and the walls are thin so I could hear people's conversations if they were a little too loud and a baby crying.

Amazing little hotel steps away from Taipei Main station. The staff are super friendly and polite. They are doing their best to accommodate their guests with so many value added service. The hotel is super new and clean. Super comfy mattress and bedding. Nice hot shower. Loved the bidet. Well definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taipei. Highly recommended!
