We stayed in the Junior Suite in the city center and were very disappointed with our experience.
Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Cobwebs were everywhere, and as shown in the photos, the shower had clearly seen much better days. Given its condition, I would not have felt comfortable stepping into the bathtub at all.
The kitchen was no better. The freezer compartment of the fridge had such a heavy buildup of ice that there was hardly any usable space left to store food. Again, the photos speak for themselves.
However, the most shocking aspect of our stay was the complete lack of communication from the property. We contacted them as soon as we discovered that the Wi-Fi was not working. Following their unusual connection instructions(which require a Facebook account, by the way)did not solve the problem. We made multiple attempts to get assistance, including having my partner send messages in Italian in case English was an issue. Despite this, every message was ignored.
Neither the property nor Expedia provided any meaningful resolution during our stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would advise potential guests to think twice before booking. In our opinion, this property is simply not worth the money.
