The area is far from the city center but the hotel itself was nice. The bar are is super cool looking but its not open at all which was a bummer.

The front desk service was perfect, nice and all time ready to help. The location is convenient with public transport at the front of the door. Many restaurants around! If you stay at the Quentin, do not forget to try a dönner at the Teos Bistro. The best!!! However, the cleanliness of the Quentin Hotel needs to be improved.

WARNING!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL! LOOKING AT THE PICTURES OF THIS HOTEL ON THE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, ALL LOOKS NICE, ESPECIALLY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA, BUT THEY FORGOT TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED DUE TO AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM. THAT IS WHAT THEY SAY. EVEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICITY EVEN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE DOING THE NIGHT IT WAS LIT UP, ALSO SPOKE TO THE STAFF. THIS HOTEL POSTED MISLEADING INFORMATION. THIS HOTEL HAS NO VENDING MACHINES, NO MINIBARS, NOTHING ,IF YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER OR SNACK, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. I TRAVEL OFTEN TO BERLIN FOR BUSINESS, NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Okej hotell i ett bra område
Hotellet ligger nära till kollektivtrafik och det är lätt att ta sig runt i Berlin för barnfamiljer. Även en trevlig stadsdel att ströva runt i. Det finns många olika restauranger i alla prisklasser i området och även shoppinggata. Personalen på hotellet är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten är enkel, det fanns inte så mycket nyttiga alternativ på frukostbuffén. Vi fick ett familjerum precis under deras bar. Så på lördagkvällen var det lyhört och de spelade hög musik fram till 2. Övriga dagar var det inte lyhört. Däremot var rummet kallt (17-19 grader) trotts att man höjde värmen.

Pro: -Bis auf ein Mitarbeiter (war genervt und hatte keine Lösung für mein Problem mit der Klimaanlage) waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit -Die Lage ist super. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Edeka schräg gegenüber und ich habe mich nachts immer sicher gefühlt als Frau -Die Einrichtung vom Hotel ist sehr schön und stylisch -gute dunkle elektrische Vorhänge -Bett war sehr bequem Contra: -Kühlschrank und Fön kaputt (aber direkt einen neuen bekommen) -Klimaanlage kaputt (es waren immer 27 Grad im Zimmer, es ist Oktober), reklamiert aber genervt die Erkläung erhalten, dass Winter ist. -keine Seife, Duschgelspender defekt, Gratis Shampoo war schon benutzt bzw geöffnet worden (Spuren vom Shampoo klebten am Tisch) -Die Jalousie zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich war defekt. Man hätte diese mit einem Schalter elektrisch öffnen können. Deswegen war es im Bad immer sehr dunkel obwohl das Licht an war. -Fernsehempfang nur mit Störungen (wurde auch von einem anderen Gast bemängelt. Denke Kabelschwierigkeiten) Fazit: für 110 Euro am Tag ist der Preis viel zu hoch
