wouldn't come back
Place feels overcrowded like there's too many people in the rooms. The day I arrived there were people laying down and sitting in the hallways like bums. During my entire stay there was only 1 elevator in service for a 17 floor hotel. To get on the elevator you had to stand around for 5-10 minutes and hope there was room to get on it. Lastly, the place has a bad musty smell, especially on some floors.

Very centric hotel, not old but could use a remodel. Close to malls, entertainment, and transportation. The experience in general was good, excellent service from the staff. At night it gets kinda unsafe outside, all stores closed and low light conditions. Perhaps is due to ir being right in the middle of downtown and not much activity after hours.

Old building, one of the 2 elevators doesn't work, neither does the safe box in the room. The tub is being leaking all day and night and the sheets smell to somenthing else but clean. There a hundreds (loterally) of food options in the area, as well as many stores for everytjing you could imagine. On the other side, the restaurant is super clean and has a wide variety, as well as a friendly staff. One last thing, the wifi doesn't work propperly and gets intermittent

Había leído reseñas muy malas del hotel pero a mi me fue de maravilla. Es cierto que uno de los elevadores no funciona pero nunca tuve que esperar mucho tiempo por el que si funciona, el check in fue inmediato. El desayuno rico. Me cobraron 25 pesos de servicio por noche (no sé qué sea eso pero no se me hizo demasiado). Confieso que iba con mucho miedo por todo lo que había leído que eran cosas negativas, pero yo lo recomiendo, me gustó mucho y estuve muy tranquila en mi estadía.
