o hotel é otimo mas a experiencia da chegada foi pessima, cheguei quase 00:00 e só nesse momento descobri que o hotel não tem uma recepção aberta, entao tive que baixar um aplicativo e realizar o pagamento da taxa de turismo na rua para so assim poder receber uma senha para abrir a porta do hotel, o que não deu certo, a senha nao abria a porta de forma alguma e ficamos tarde da noite no meio da rua até conseguir falar com o recepcionista. depois disso tudo foi solucionado, o hotel é otimo, o quarto enorme e muito moderno, persianas automaticas, fechadura digital. a localização nao fica no ponto central de roma mas é muito fácil de se deslocar com transporte público. recomendo o hotel mas sugiro que consertem a portaria para não gerar esse tipo de situação

Hotel impecável!!!!! Recepcionistas muito atenciosos. Água , chocolate quente , café, capuccinos , disponíveis 24 horas. Perto do coliseu , aproximadamente 18 minutos de caminhada ou pode-se pegar um ônibus (75) próximo ao hotel.

Hotel muito bom, o quarto é muito espaçoso. Muito mesmo. Cama king extremamente confortável. Banheiro tbm excelente. As atendentes foram bem queridas, mas só falavam ingles, então comunicao um pouco difícil para nós que não falamos. Mas com o tradutor deu certo. O ponto negativo é a localização mesmo. Fica bem distante dos pontos principais. E a linha de ônibus mais frequente fica a uns 900 metros. Então caminhamos bastante. Fora isso tudo excelente

Si vous chercher le repos ce n'est pas dans ici.
Nous avons séjourné trois nuits, et les deux jours sur tois j'étais obligé d'aller à la réception dans la nuit et demander des serviettes car les femmes des chambres ne le remplacer pas constamment. Nous avons choisi cette chambre car il avait un balcon, mais c'était impossible de l'utiliser car elle était très sale, la terrasse était inondée avec des feuilles mortes et plein de poussière, dans la chambre il y avait des toiles d'araignée sur le mur et les tapis plein de poussière, c'est vraiment dommage car à cause de service et la mal gestion l'établissement a des mauvaises notes. Il y a une alarme qui s'est allumé le weekend matin très tôt et pendant des heures ça a sonné, ils arrivaient pas à trouver d'où ça vient. La réception a envoyé un excuse par mail mais ça a gâcher le weekend et perturber le sommeil de tout le monde. Manque de discipline et de gestion. Finalement nous avons décidé de changer l'hotel pour le reste de séjour.

Cómodo, personal excepcionalmente amable
Excelente opción en Roma. Ame que el barrio de testaccio no es tan turístico por lo que pudimos tener una experiencia bastante local. El personal del hotel extremadamente amable, camas cómodas y excelente servicio de baño Queda como a 40 minutos caminando de main attractions pero prefiero eso a un hotel incómodo y en el centro histórico

We had a wonderful stay at Sonder Testaccio. We took a cab from the airport but the bus and metro stops are nearby and we used those too. The hotel is very nice with 24 hour coffee and water and a lovely "continental" breakfast (for an extra 15 euros) which is really a full buffet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and there was a medicine cabinet and drawers in the bathroom which was super helpful and convenient. There is someone at the desk 24 hours and they were all so nice and friendly and ready to help with restaurant recommendations, calling a cab, and anything else that we needed. The Pyramide metro stop is a 10 minute walk and then only two stops to Coliseo. We found the metro very clean, fast, and safe. There is a very cool market, "Mercato di Testaccio" right next door and a contemporary art exhibit called Mattatoio (don't confuse them like we did) on the other side. And we can recommend the restaurant Ai Cocci which had such wonderful service and food.
