Amazing staff, by the second day most would recognize us and our preferences. Pool concierge and team, bartenders, and spa staff were excellent. The food was good and the play makers kept up a fun and lively atmosphere. If you want to go for the party and clothing optional areas this is a great choice! The only negative was the beach. The water was murky and the sea weed was everywhere. Not the resort’s fault, just the location inside the reef. We go to the Caribbean for the ocean, swimming and snorkeling so this might not be our first choice next time.

Pros: The staff was awesome; the food was good but could use a bit more. Cons: The majority of the resort is outdated so for the price you pay i think these things should be considered, pool was shallow i believe it was 3ft all the way around, this place doesn't have much to do so be aware of that, they have daily theme nights that are fun and all but during the day it's by the pool, drinking, eating, or getting busy with a couple or 2 if you know what i mean. THIS PLACE IS COUPLES ONLY FOR A REASON PPL!!! Overall, we had a good time me and my partner did things there that we hadn't done before so for that i thank the resort for letting us get wild and freaky! I would consider going back it just wouldn't be my first choice. To all who are planning a trip here please do your homework on the type of life style here at this resort.

Pool concierge, waitresses/waiters, playmakers, and evening entertainment is the best. Loved the Angel/devil fashion show!! Rooms were immaculate with the most comfortable beds. Food was delicious! The beach was never cleaned of the sargassum and cups/food plates seldom picked up from pool and hot tub area which attracted birds and wildlife creatures. Check in and check out took forever and very dishonest when we were told we could use our Expedia credit and the resort spa credit for our massage then told no when we had to pay our room bill. Last year pants were not required for the Desire restaurant and this year we were made to eat outside with the heat and wild animals, twice.
