Had a wonderful stay here. The bathroom and room were clean. Loved that it had cable and we were able to watch live tv. Breakfast was amazing. Food was good. The staff were great too, very kind and efficient.

Flight dilemma had to pivot to overnight stay was able to get the hotel room late at night got there. The staff was alert friendly. The hotel was clean well stocked the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. the hotel is in an industrial area which was closed for the night, but there was a little street noise, but it dissipated quickly.

Room was one of the quietest I have experienced in NYC despite construction in the road right outside. Location was convenient for the subway but tricky for street parking and no paid garages nearby Staff especially cleaning staff was very helpful and kind

The pizza shop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was excellent. The best crust I ever had. It was recommended by the front desk. The ladies were extra helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in the middle of the Hispanic hood next to the queensbridge projects. The rooms were Soo small I couldn't even turn around in it. The morning breakfast was excellent and the property was clean. The rooms just wasn't worth the money! Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The cleaners could’ve cleaned the rooms better the one day they left a bunch of trash just in the corner in my room. It didn’t take it out. and they didn’t restock the tissue I had to call down twice for it.

This was overall a nice hotel. Stayed here a week while visiting New York. The breakfast was very convenient and they had lots of options so definitely recommend it here if you are looking for a place that has options for breakfast. The coffee was so good and I usually don't drink hot coffee. The rooms were cozy and very comfortable. I will say that the rooms do not come with a refrigerator or microwave so that is something to consider. The elevators here run super slow so if you can take the stairs, do it, otherwise be ready to wait. This hotel is walking distance to the subway, roughly a good 8 min walk. I would just be cautious at night as it does not appear to be the prettiest or as safe. Use the buddy system or the main street when walking for that added sense of safety.

I was so happy with our stay! Room and bathroom were spotless, great shower water pressure. Housekeeping was amazing, making our bed and replacing towels. Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was convenient, but the same food for 4 days we stayed there got boring, they only changed the meat like sausage to bacon. Change it up day by day please. I appreciated they have coffee and hot water available all day. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. I loved they have a water filling station to refill our bottle every day. Subway station Queensbridge was only 10 minute walk to take us into the city, so this was super convenient, although at night this walk can be a bit sketchy.
