The staff was courteous. The sheets and towels were dirty, but the heater works good. Blow dryer needs to be upgraded. Bathroom exhaust not working. There were stains and hair all over, but the closet was nice with wooden hangers. They provide plastic cups which is not good for the environment cause they use paper cups nowadays. Overall our stay was good

Our room was small but clean, AC worked just fine. It is loud there but with ear plugs you’ll be fine. Keep in mind if you book with Expedia there’s a 100$ cash deposit up front but you’ll receive it at check out. If you’re using the subway it’s about a 15 min walk from the nearest station. Overall, our stay was pretty good for the price!

Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice. I had to switch rooms twice—my first room was on the first floor with windows that wouldn’t close, and the second room had an AC that didn’t cool properly. Aside from these issues, the location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, and my experience was generally positive. With some improvements to maintenance, this could be an outstanding stay.
