The room was clean, staff were friendly at check in, the price of the room was on budget for what we needed. Close to the train station to get to Circular Quay for VIVID. Thank you. I would consider using this property again and would also recommend to family and friends looking for a city getaway.

I checked in during their normal published office hours, but there was nobody onsite. It was a public holiday in Sydney, so perhaps that was why. I had to ring the emergency number to get the key code, but they answered quickly and i was inside within 5 minutes. Property was great, nice and clean, spacious and comfortable. It can be a little noisy if you are at the front of the property becuase there is a restaurant/cafe downstairs, but is generally fine if the window is closed. Overall very happy with this place as its in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Overall not a bad experience but could have been better. Location is great. Bathrooms are shared but mostly clean. Single room (#15) is very tiny and dark but does the job if you only need a place to sleep. Very close to the bathroom though so it can be annoying at times when people slam the door, the exhausting fan constantly going is not very pleasant either. Two other issues: I left the sign to have the room cleared 2 days in a row and no one showed up. I was in the office all day so couldn’t catch staffed hours. And there were baby cockroaches in the room eventually. I befriended one of them, her name was Sally. But then she became to comfortable and got too close to the bed so I had to get rid of her. Sorry Sally.

Clean and tidy. Small bathrooms. Only supplied a small hand soap and hair products. no body wash or shower caps. Also no hand towel so had to use a flannel instead. No milk for the coffee. Asked for a wine glass but they only have tumblers. Too noisy outside to open the windows. Recommend ear plugs for sleeping. No lift. Small stairs, dont book if you have lots of luggage or large suitcases. Great location. Use the train instead of the bus if possible. Buses are less reliable. Lots of eateries and bars within walking distance. Overall a nice little place to stay and you can store your luggage if you arrive early or have a late departure
