The 12 day stay was excellent and the staff was always friendly! The beach shuttle was a real convenience. The beach was BEAUTIFUL not crowded. Plenty of food selection and water activities. I would recommend staying here.

Sunsuri is a fabulous resort that truly caters to its guests. The shuttle to nearby Nai Harn Beach is convenient. The property itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. The pool complex is good but the water is not deep. It’s an easy cab ride to Rawai and other southern locations on the island, but is inconvenient to get to parts north.

A lovely stay
We were a family of six people and had a lovely stay at SunSuri. The hotel is located by the beautiful Nai Harn Beach - a quieter area of Phuket. The staff is very service-minded and upgraded our rooms upon arrival. The only point to note about the hotel is that there are many stairs, so if you have difficulty walking, it may not be the right choice.

Friendly staff and lobby area was nice. Outside of the central areas the hotel looks a bit rundown in places. Breakfast is OK but certainly not a 5 star experience. Room was large with a nice view and balcony although again could do with some maintenance. Staff all very friendly.

Glamorous vacation spot
This hotel was the most impressive one on my two week tour of Thailand. I was given a room with an incredible view of the pool, ocean and temple across the street. The facilities were extremely comfortable. The meals I did have at the hotel were all delicious, affordable and didn't give me indigestion. The pool was my favorite part of my stay. It was a spectacular experience.

Excellent property. Very nice and secluded from the busyness found elsewhere in Phuket. Nice easy walk to the beach or shuttle service. Staff are very friendly and helpful , nothing is too much. Only criticism would be that some of the rooms bneed some investment to update and make them brighter. I found the rooms a little too dark at times

For the price you would expect it to be less run down. The staff seem irritated you are there and are not especially customer oriented. The pool area is not as clean as it should be. The rooms and common area are dated.
