Laura was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, quiet, private and scrupulously clean, an easy walk to the old city, with shops nearby, and a welcome outdoor courtyard. The decor was rather clinical and some welcoming touches (wine, flowers, toiletries) might have helped to soften this. The ability to make coffee in some form should be considered an essential!
Split is an extraordinary place and well worth a few days' visit. Diocletian's Palace totally lives up to the hype, we ate well, and the old town is vibrant and fun. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.
