Location was amazing! We had little juliette balconies looking out to the cathedral and alcazar walls. Even though the confirmation said that check in was 5 pm, we showed up at the front desk of the hotel (there is no front desk at the suites Alcazar) around 3 pm and they brought someone to take us over. She was very helpful, recommending restaurants and things to do. This was our last night of 5 weeks in Spain, and had visited Sevilla at the beginning, so we already knew our way around. We went back for breakfast buffet at the hotel in the morning, which was OK, and then made our way to the airport to go home. The suite was very spacious, bed very comfortable, and all quiet at night. The elevator opened right into the suite, and the key also allowed access to the rooftop terrace, which also had great views. It is not a cheap hotel, but very nice for a treat.
