Good hotel for layovers, easy and quick access to airport. Staff were helpful and accommodating and they serve a hot breakfast with assortment of juice, coffee and tea. Room was minimal, bed was not super comfortable.

The hotel room was very clean and had what you need for a nice stay. However it is extremely noisy area with a lot of traffic. It was difficult to sleep because of the cars going by at all hours ot the night.

Staff were super nice and friendly. Convenient at 5 min away from the airport. It was very noisy with street cars sounds, I couldn't sleep. I also felt building movement, like small earthquakes several times through the night. No lamps, hair dryer, control remote. Thankfully there was wifi available. Overall good, clean and convenient location for a quick crash without breaking your banking account, though it could be better. I appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Buyer Beware
I use Hotels.com all the time to book hotels and have never left a review but this Hotel deserves a mention to warn guests. Don't trust the pictures, the hotel is located in a run down neighborhood and their parking situation is awful. If you park in the street, you'll be worried all night and good luck trying to fit your car in the underground basement which uses a platform to lower you vehicle and it's so tight that you have to spend 30 minutes to turn the vehicle into the parking spot. There's also an Adult Store next to the hotel so I wouldn't call this area Family Friendly. The rooms are so run down and beds are so terrible that you truly feel you're in a Third-world nation. All in all, I left this place the same night and booked another Hotel. Hotels.com should really remove this establishment from their website, so disappointed.

I made and prepaid the reservation several months in advance via Hotels.com .When I arrived, the reception could not find the reservation and claimed it had been cancelled by Hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com, they confirmed the reservation had not been cancelled. but then did nothing to solve the problem. I was never sure if I talked to a robot or a real person. I did not get a room and I did not get my money back. Terrible service from Hotel MX Aeropuerto and Hotels.com

The check in was not that smooth. Front desk agent was not very good. She told me I did not have a reservation. I did in fact have it. She needed the manager to help her find it. She was not very confident working the front desk. Rooms are very small. It's clean and good for 1 night to make a flight
